Refund Policy
1.1 If a cancellation is necessary, you must cancel your floral order 24 hours before it is set to go out for delivery. Please call us to cancel your order. We do not accept email or messaging app cancellations.
1.2 No refunds are offered on non-floral products (i.e. vases).
1.3 If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will work with you on a fair resolution.
1. 4 If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately and where possible, provide photos. We will work with you on a fair resolution at our discretion.
